I made a layout last weekend about Mother's Day. I used coordinating patterned papers, yummy ribbon, a few metal embellishments, some Stickles glitter, a transparency over the photo and Thickers for the title.

I cut some flowers from the patterned paper, adhered the cut out center on a dimensional and added some Stickles. The edges of the "crooked on purpose" paper strips were inked with chalk ink. I added a stamped saying that really tells the truth. *click any pic for a closer look*

Oh, scroll back up to the first picture above...check this out. My mom and I put one of each of our hands together to form a heart. I was able to write "I love you" in my own handwriting using a Slick Writer marker. They can be used on anything slick such a photo, plastic or transparencies. Lastly, I created a border using my brown journaling pen to create a frame around the edge of the layout.
I am so blessed to have a mom that loves me so much!
