I made this shirt card for my Dad. He wears button down shirts all the time so it seemed appropriate.
I wish I knew how to make a little ink pen for the pocket, but since I didn't I made a "father" tag.
I was inspired by an idea I had torn out of Paper Crafts magazine. I was happy how it turned out.
